New :30 has him spotting – you guessed it – another cavedude in an airport sign from the walkway. Alas, he gives up hope that Geico will ever respect the frightened and amazed caveman. Catch it here on – you guessed it – YouTube.

I've already watched that ad at least 10 times on my own. I friggin' love it.
It's very "Zach Braff" movie-esque. That sort of 80's style tennis racket cracks me up, and the song couldn't be more perfect.
And we learn the caveman is one of those travelers who thinks you don't have to continue walking once you're on the people mover. Annoying!
Topic at the upcoming Caveman Symposium 2.0: greatest caveman advance: people movers, or fire?
Discuss!
;-p
I think this ad would have worked better, for me, if it had been the first in the series. I really enjoyed "the dinner apology" ad(I'll have the duck with the mango salsa), so this seems out of order as the company has already apologized for slagging the cavemen. I know in the world of short attention span theater it doesn't matter, but that's the way I feel and I'm sticking to it!
does anyone know the artist and name ofthe song in the airport cavemen spot?

Thanks anon, yeah, I was just going to post that.
Looks like Amazon only has an import version with another track on it here.
Also, for tracks along those lines, xtcradio.com and radioioambient.com offer their online stream through iTunes.
Did you see the promo for the movie on YouTube. IT's great, very Miami vice-ish!!!
I didn't think it was out of order at all. The order is what makes it funny because if have seen the first ad, you get the sense that his friend has now sold out to Gieco. This caveman is just pissed about the complete sellout!
Hi there. My name is John Lehr and I play one of the cavemen. I was the in the first spot in which I was the angry/hurt boom operator. I am in two more spots coming down the pike for this campaign. If you are interested, I am in a new show on TBS called '10 Items or Less' which airs Nov. 27 at 11pm. If you like the cavemen, you might enjoy this. Check it out at www.johnlehr.com.
Thanks.
Hey, awesome John. Will do. Thanks. And I was serious. They gotta do a movie with you guys.
I've worked in Graphic Design and advertising for many years and the cavemen campaign is one of the best ever!
By the way, the "sellout" hasn't happened yet in this spot.
The indignation is due to the fact that the guy in the sign is a "homo sapiens" very poorly made up to look like a caveman, with all the "stereotypes" like the big club and the fake fur garment.
A new ad shows one of the cavemen being ostracized for signing up with Geico. Hillarious!
Geico’s caveman commercials are blatantly offensive, associating
the intellect of prospective customers with that of a Neanderthal.
i lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve the caveman, there is nothing racial or demeaning about it,it is good pure fun and all i can say is BRING THE CAVEMEN ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN
Hello. I find your blog very interesting. I learned about the company from www.pissedconsumer.com. I think that geico is a great company. As you know, GEICO provides auto insurance to Americans living overseas through its International Insurance Underwriters agency. It is so convenient and efficient. You have to deal with a native company that know exactly what your needs are.
