“...the snow-fresh coolness of Kool.”

The anti-smoking campaign Truth tends to focus on a younger audience. But I wonder if it has any effect on older boomers who may just be above the influence of hairy back messaging. (Even though I believe hairy backs are going to be bigger than Second Life.) Maybe Truth has conceded that the older generation is lost when it comes to getting the word out. But why not hit them again with the ads that got them started in the first place. The cowboy with voicebox was a nice start. Consider though all the footage out there from smoking’s golden age of advertising. The irony in that messaging might really hit home if a guy with an oxygen tank walked past while it played.
