Dude, keep them. I wish I had something like that on wordpress.com. I have to edit the code manually if I want to put the stumble it icon under some of the posts.
Anonymous - basically, they're for bookmarking a post or sending it to a friend, etc.
eugene - Blogger functionality is limited in that regard so I have to adjust html as well. Here though, my Feedburner account adds them automatically.
eugens, look into Feedburner as I believe they have widgets for all that stuff that you can add.
