Upside down guy gets kidnapped.
Or something like that. I go through this stuff so you don’t have to. A YouTube clip takes you to their website with the reverse domains of the supposed top interactive agencies in the world, which have been kidnapped. But my neck is sore now because the damn thing is upside down. I actually liked the tactic of using YouTube to drive you to a website. Even liked the concept of buying up the reverse domain eman of an agency and offering to sell it back in exchange for an award. On each of those sites is a parasite banner driving you back to their campaign, like the one for Ogilvy’s. But since their ‘core target’ is the Cannes Festival jury followed by agencies, this seems like a long way to go to ‘hit them.’ (Look at me with my new-marketing speak.) So why make someone work this hard just to read what it’s about? The agency will not reveal itself until the ransom is paid.
