One tin soldier faded away, but now he’s back in one of the strangest posts I may write on this blog. Many of you might remember the film Billy Jack starring Tom Laughlin, champion of Native American rights–and the roundhouse kick. He’s come back from a long illness and is looking at making a new Billy Jack film that, as he says, will be unlike any other. (More info in this clip.) Not sure about that particular claim because films like American Splendor have done some pretty cool things playing around with multiple formats. Still, he does have a successful track record with those early films, so who knows. Oh, and upping the MTLB-WTF? factor, he’s also running for president on a single platform of ending the war, having registered to be on the ballot for the upcoming New Hampshire primary.

Billy Jack could kick Chhuck Norris' ass. I know that sounds like blasphemy, but he could.
I smell PPV.
