MSN doing what Google never had to.
Advertise. I suppose if you’re trying to grab market share from the 800 lb. search gorilla in the room, you need to stand out. (Just ask Ask.) I dig these new MSN spots though which show a problem and a solution, just like they taught us in Advertising 101. And for a Monday, that’s good enough. (Also, while not a new trick, the no one wants to look dumb sign-off incorporated into the actual spot is a nice touch.)

Yeah, the audio sign-off has a nice public service vibe to it.
