Um, yeah, so it’s Radiohead and another wtf? video.
That’s why you come here people. I could cover anything at any moment. Saw on Valleywag where Radiohead released its latest data visualized video on Google—not MTV. (Like MTV even knows what music is anymore.) But look at Google trying to be a content channel! Anyway, this looks very similar to a previous clip that Robert Hodgin did. While the look is amazing, thing is, Radiohead is already ‘out there’—does it really need trippy cool video to go with it? (Yes, I admit it, I had blacklite posters, but it was the seventies man. Things were different.) Maybe it’s because I hate music videos in general. I didn’t want a director ruining the image I already have in my mind for the song. If this is not a concern for you and want a real clear look at the technique, check out this looping section. As cool as it is, YouTube has once again butchered any detail worth seeing in their clip.
