So on the way to the hospital one day over the holidays to again watch the effects of tobacco taking their final toll, I couldn’t help but think how the cigarette companies got yet another one who couldn’t resist.And then I round the bend on the highway.

I smoked for 35 years and I'm as scared as shit about what that means for me.
And you're right about that smokestack: it's like we're having our toxic legacy shoved into our own mouths.
