Coke vs. Pepsi.

Not much left to say after seeing this side by side. So much for a rebranding.

Love this. But just think how many college tuitions rebranding paid for offspring of Pepsi design consultants...

This chart is not necessarily accurate, especially for anyone who has ever worked on Coke. The Coca-Cola logo has definitely undergone updates in the past 100 years. Plus, the chart fails to note the biggest revision—and all-time classic marketing blunder—of New Coke.

@AB - Too many. ;-p

@anon. Yep, New Coke or recent summertime design iterations are not shown, but it’s telling nonetheless when you look at where both brands’ logos started and where they are right now.

As for updates, I don’t mind slight evolutions, but Pepsi always goes for revolutionary each time out, now relying on a symbol and not words.

The latest Pepsi logo resembles the obama logo. too much politics.
