Confusing and hard to use? FTW. I just wish I had Microsoft’s budget, once, just once. Funny, last time I recall Apple doing something epic was back in 1984. Or needing to.

A classic example of what you do when you've got nothing to hang your hat on. "Office 2010. Incrementally Better." isn't much of a slogan, but I think it would be more effective than that.
