It has to suck for any governor to sit back and watch their state be threatened by a natural disaster and not be able to respond. Louisiana gov Bobby Jindal though sure seems like he’s trying real hard to make the Gulf oil spill his ‘Nam moment for a 2012 run. I WAS THERE MAN. I DID... SOMETHING.
