Blade Runner—in 4:00 minutes.
Or so. Francois Vautier took the sci-fi classic and ran out stills of every frame for Blade Runner Revisited, complete with clips of dialog and original Vangelis score, then panned over the frames. Even though I never cared for Vangelis’ overly synthy Sci-Fi Of The Future! sound, this piece is inspiring nonetheless, with a glowing orb that mimics the vibe of the flying craft sequences in the film’s neon future; in a way, stills acting as their own vehicles and buildings.
