Vigorously defend your trademark much? Vibram’s ad is cute and all, but it comes off a bit defensive. If that many people are ripping you off that you need a warning ad, you need to be in court, not print. Do ads stop infringement? #rhetorical

I find this ad humorous. In one sense it brags that they own patents when it comes to soling footwear. On the other hand it says nothing about whether they patents suck or not. Or what brands license the various patents. Maybe their only customer Buster fucking Brown.
