As if on cue, soon as I finish ranting on *big* ads comes the new iPad ad “Breakaway” for Verizon. (Yes, AT&T has forced me to wait until Verizon and Apple hooked up before switching to the iPhone.) But the difference between brand techniques is the point here, where Apple wouldn’t really need to *raise the roof* with cgi and instead, just show you how the damn thing works. For whatever reason, most tech brands just won’t do simple.
