Okay, last one this year, I swear! (See what I did there? Yeah, you did. END OF YEAR HUMOR.) But there was nothing funny about this year, if you believe the daily headlines on Drudge. SO LET’S GO BACK TO 1996, where Pepsi partied like it was... 1996. Does anyone remember laughter? No... DOES ANYONE REMEMBER SHOCKWAVE?

I am loving this trip down Memory Lane. Coudal recently pointed out that the site for the movie “Space Jam” is still live after almost 15 years, which is kind of awesome.
This series is great. Don't quit with the new year. It's amazing how utterly design-ignorant we all were in the Dark Ages of the Age of Information.
The Way Back Machine reveals us all for the major tools we were. And in 15 years, you have to wonder if what is "cutting edge" today is laughable then.
