Via Copyranter comes another cautionary tale of looking both ways before tweeting on the information superhighway. Attention brand spokesflacks: Don’t make a bad situation worse with a disingenuous apology about an original remark gone bad, especially one that treats your audience like fools. You obviously meant to make light of the situation. I WOULD RATHER YOU JUST APOLOGIZE AND BE ON YOUR WAY.
