Worst political spot ever? Like Vincent Vega said, “That’s a bold statement.” I’ll let you decide though. This is Ned Lamont’s latest spot out of, oh, like 77 of them in his bid to win against Lieberman in CT, (my old stomping grounds). Look people, it’s not easy bringing you this stuff. It’s a calling more than a chore actually. But I do it for you. Watch ALL the way to the end for the refrain.I beg of you.

As political ads go, at least he's breaking the mold.
No old folks, no children, no sun-dappled suburban streets, no shot of Ned and his family (dog included) at the end, no Ned walking through Hartford with shirtsleeves rolled up, engaged in muted "tough talk" with "the people" (Blacks, Asians & Hispanics needed in this shot)
It'll backfire anyway. Cornball Soufle with a melted cheese topping.
