Carnival enlists in the Navy?

I could care less about this Fun Director spot from Carnival, but unless I’m insane from a lack of REM sleep, when did the military allow songs to be sampled/used in commercials beyond their own services? Oh. Public domain. Nevermind.

Still feels wrong though.
