Um, uh, yeah, they’re words.
Oh, you’ll learn stuff here, whether you like it or not. From the more stuff you care less and maybe know even less about division: Um and uh are speech disfluencies, or interuption filters in everyday conversation. Yes they’re actual words you can use without sounding stupid–unless you say it 50 times in one sentence Forest, or precede it 5o times with the word like. (Um referring to a longer pause coming up than uh.) And there’s even a book on it too. Uh, okay. Nothing more to see here. Move along please.
