This is but one mini-doc at the site raising awareness for stories that may not get the attention of major media outlets. Chocolate City is just under a year old, and pretty shocking, like all the Katrina footage. A follow-up with the leads would be nice to see. Is there an agenda behind it with the Common Ground Collective? Maybe, but I was too busy looking a the devastation to think about motive.
