Thank you Riddex.

For making my weekend. Watch. Listen. Enjoy. And never spray kids with poison.

Ever.

Best line in their informercial:
"Riddex just...makes me happy."

How devoid of joy must one's life be to find happiness in a digital bug repellant?

Or for someone like me to blog about it.

It must have been difficult to cast for the spot. Who is willing to openly admit they deal with roaches and rodents? Plus, if they had depicted minorities, would it have inspired protests of insensitivity? The depicted people seemed comfortably middle-class White folks. And it’s crazy to show how safe it is by having the baby sit nearby—nothing like leaving the kid unattended near an electrical outlet. Heaven forbid those electrical pulses might also physically affect humans.

I really, really wish my agency had done this.

no, it's the OTHER Motorolla. : D. Does this product work for stupid clients though? My agency is crawling with them and I just can't seem to get rid of them or get them to behave.

Hi. I find your blog very interesting. I had a problem with pests. And here we go, I learn from this great site www.pissedconsumer.com about Riddex. Riddex is an anti-pests product. The product is used to kill pests. However, it can also be dangerous for the pets. The product works without dangerous chemicals, may cause terrible fumes and odors, and it is potentially dangerous to children. Riddex can be applied to all kinds of pests. Riddex Plus uses patented Digital Pulse Technology.

I tried one of these items. within 30 days i was ready to admit myself to a mental institution. i would sit outside and cry because i didnt want to go in my house. I thought it was because of the 8 inch scorpion i found in my bathroom and was badly unnerved by this. which is very unusual for me because i catch scorpions, poisioness spiders, tarantulas, sidewinder rattlesnakes all the time.
I called doctors, institutions and everyone i could think of. I already have mental illness, and i have been shocked with electricity very badly, i was scared for my mind.
My mom prayed for me, and then i just knew it was that riddex box. I unplugged it and within 24 hours i was back to normal, for me at least. i have been trying ever since to get ahold of the company with no luck.
If only i had checked the internet first.
there are many places that say it doesnt seem to work on anything but ants.
but i have only seen one post about it bothering a person. i am still trying to find out more, be careful of all those products that have no customer support

My 83 year old mother had a bout with auditory hallucinations, paranoid schizophrenia and delusions that started shortly after installing 6 Riddex units in her small condo. She needed a stay in the psyche ward for a week after which I moved her in with me 1,000 miles away. I left the riddex units behind and am sure they played a part in her episodes. She has been symptom free for over a year now. I am researching the effects of electro-magnetic fields on brain activity and looking for others similarily affected. Class-action, anyone?
