Louis Vuitton is suing Danish artist Nadia Plesner for use of their logo on a bag. Not just any bag though. It’s being held by a starving child who’s also holding a Chihuahua. Not just any Chihuahua either, a Beverly Hills Chihuahua. (Solution: just swap out Nicole Ritchie for the kid and we’re not even having this discussion. Hey, least the kid would keep his food down.) But since that ain’t gonna happen, wonder over to Counterfeit Chic for an in-depth breakdown of issues facing artists these days who decide anything’s fair game—even when it’s not.
