Southwest now hiring scary forehead conjoined counter help.

As a follow-up to a previous post, I found scary lady. More I watched though, can any airline really claim trust as one of its attributes, especially given how people feel about the industry in general? Sure you may not charge for that extra bag, but if the flight’s delayed, who cares.
