From the sighs matter department...
I usually never always nearly hardly ever run stories on campaigns that I don’t yet have visuals for, let alone that haven’t run yet (PR people take note), but this one caught my eye. Apparently Yahoo will unveil a major ad campaign during Advertising Week that focuses on the size of their search capabilities. The only thing more strategically puzzling than GM’s recent CEO spot would be this positioning by Yahoo. Trying to even remotely claim dominance in search, let alone how “big” they are? Here’s Google’s full-page response:
If, you know, Google needed to advertise. Ouch.
