Tell me if I’m the one who’s off here, but wanna “a” Pisa? Generally, “wanna” = want a or want to, negating the need for any other article, no? (Yeah, no, you know the answer.)

I think you are missing the point of the ad.
"You Wanna a Pisa Me?" should be read as:
"You Want to Appease Me?"
Not sure what exactly it means, but I have never heard of Red Robin before so...
