Harley Davidson eventually ceded the scooter market to Japan and Vespa et al. after its five year run ended in 1965, but while they were in it? Rebels! No helmets. James Garner knew what was up too. Even dads and sons knew: Golf caps just roll badass.

Funny, isn't this ad exactly the type of ad that you were talking about in your "Sexism" show? Dad is concerned about safety and mom is loves it for its stylish good looks. :) Nice find.
In 1960 this ad would have looked fascinating but when I see it now, I only see the funny side of it. Its nice to see some old ads.
