Another don't drink and drive PSA—sorta.

Katie Flynn’s story is about as candid a PSA as I’ve seen without being gory. I saw it on CBS news in New York last night, and when they got to the part about finding their daughter, I was like damn, emotional stuff that took guts for them to relive. I have kids and still can’t even imagine what that was like for them. Makes you wonder though if a PSA can ever affect change. I really don’t know, even though I hope it can, even if it stops one dumbass from driving drunk. But hope gets undermined by this twisted irony: Their story followed one about two women arrested for driving under the influence—with their kids in the car.
