Once you wear black...
There’s something here. Uniformity can help channel and focus; I don’t know if it benefits creatives though. Granted, they always need an excuse to not focus and dream, but for certain roles, it could work. Not any Mad Men retro trend shit, but one color as uberblond is thinking. Flip side: A sea of uniforms though would seem to keep creative expression in check as much as it focused it. (Based on my informal poll among creatives.) I’d just go with same outfit regardless of style or color. Seemed to work for Albert Einstein and Lt. Castillo, though. To his credit, *Marty* took it one step further and always maintained the same blank expression too. That’s hardcore for the cause.
