The brains behind Apple.

Steve Wozniak from 1984 talking about the origins of Apple. There’s one part about :45 seconds in where he mentions in passing that he was never focused on the steps he needed to take for a large company, or the steps needed to have a large successful product. Instead, he was only focused on his own programming tasks at hand. Nowadays, current thinking says you can’t have any start-up without first having amazing developers. But they also need the one thing Woz wasn’t worried about: someone thinking about the big picture. There has to be one person leading the team with the vision to take things to the next level.
