Bring us your poor, your tired burgers...

Forget Facebook unfriending, we got flyers – downloaded old school style from a car. Dixie Bones spin-off the BBQ Post 401 in Fredericksburg, VA is getting people to trade in their burgers – literally. Any customer bringing in a competitor’s quarter-pound burger gets a free trade-in for a BBQ sammich. Because I’m all show love for the mid-size shops not getting national love, the work comes out of The Republik in North Carolina. I like seeing a David vs. Goliath approach from small brands who can’t compete in terms of mass media budget. (El Pollo Loco did something similar on Mother’s Day by offering KFC customers a free meal.) Drive down now and get you some.
