Startling, but is it effective?

Leaning towards ‘wow’ on this campaign from Grey. Thanks to Serge at no-copy. As startling as this one.

cr - lol, yeah, don't tell Grey NY. Although, next week, we'll probably see homeless guy decals on revolving doors.
