Happy USA Day!
July 4th? Too generic. Independence Day? Anyone can own that; thanks to car and mattress dealers around the country, they do. So why not Happy USA Day! (Besides, we’re not the only country with an independence day.) But if we do go with a name change, we’re gonna need a new theme song. Maybe something as celebratory as Dennis ‘Danger’ Madalone’s? This may be the best 6:45 you spend before the All-Star break. From Million Monkeys Typing comes an homage, nay, tribute to everything we hold dear: Patriotic metaphors delivered with arena rock-like execution. And pets. Lots of thanked pets.
