The greatest tax commercials ever made. Ever.
For this blog anyway. Went looking for the latest Jackson Hewitt spot when I came across advertising gold. Wait, I spoke too soon. Way too soon.
Tax season is truly upon us.

Okay. Honest? The Hercules spot made me laugh.
Standards too low?
And that’s why it ranks among the greatest. Although, shades of Bill Murray abound.
I kind of got a Mystery Science Theatre 3000 vibe from the Hercules spot. At least Tadrick's production company has a prosumer chromakey ma-sheen. The first spot looked like something they put totgether in one of those video booths on the boardwalk.
1. At least they didn't have the baptist church breakdown where they said hallelujah for their big returns. ANd it reminds me of the Montgomery Flea Market spot... it's just like a Mini Mall!
2. The second one.... ummm..... was this produced by Old Man SMithers of the Haunted Amusement Park? So shitty it's scary.
3. I want to see their Power Point Presentation cuz I'm sure it's followed up by a puppet show.
4. Speaking of puppets. I do admit that I got a chuckle especially since I also got the Mystery Science Theathre 2000 vibe but wow.... that's just wrong.
