LinkedIn keeps nudging towards the promised land of Twitter, so why not just include that option in their invitations? Often times the person I recognize there is because I already know and follow them on Twitter. Since they’re already granted access to LinkedIn, they could compare the list of followers of each network and include it as a choice (if it turns out we follow each other).
