ASICS sheds.
I’ve not been a huge fan of the type-meets-body tactic seen in more than a few spots lately, but I’m digging it in this ASICS spot. Done a whole lot smoother than the rest, I also like how words like ‘stress’ reinforce the theme of sport releasing more than sweat.

Join the Conversenation.*
What was that? Join the professionals? YOU CAN‘T – YOU’RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Converse’s Join The Procession is about generations and showing love for street culture, from boarders to bikers to ballers. AND IT HAS DR. J. And Hello Operator from the White Stripes. Director Antoine Fuqua breaks down the rhythm method behind this madness that also features the likes of Jim Jones, Carlos Arroyo and Doug E Fresh. I said Fresh.
*Look at me with social media puns. I said puns.

New Balance’s pub shoes for pub crawls.
To promote the 20th anniversary of their 526 style shoe, New Balance in England (where they have a factory) has come up with three versions named after pubs. Save for Michelob Ultra here in the states, alcohol and exercise has been the one relationship you generally don’t see explored in advertising. The King's Head, The Red Lion and The Royal Oak do sound a bit more formal than an “Al’s Place” edition of Converse.
